Welcome! We’re so glad you’ve chosen to book with us! In order to help make your booking experience as smooth as possible here are a couple bits of useful information.
We require a credit card to be placed on file when booking. However, your card will only be charged while booking if you add any packages to your cart. Otherwise it is simply there to hold your session. At the end of your session you can choose to use the card on file or use a different payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email after booking. If this is your first time booking with us, please fill out the online form provided in that email and review our Studio Policies.
Reminders are sent 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment to give you time to make changes if necessary. You cannot make any changes to appointments 24 hours or less prior to the appointments start time.
