Who we are

At ShadowOfaDancer™ we believe in a holistic approach to training for any person and athlete at every level of experience. Both as a way to prevent injury, and improve posture & technique. We place high priority on alignment and quality of movement, and specialize in posture correction, reduction of joint & muscle pain, and improved movement quality. Students are encouraged to understand their bodies and to not be afraid to ask questions.

ShadowOfaDancer™ has built a reputation around being able to problem solve with our clients regarding pain or movement concerns. Allowing our clients to be able to better understand their bodies and take more control of their own recovery process when dealing with injuries or other movement issues. We work with people from all walks of life. Ranging from professional movers to novices just looking to stay fit.

Each session is designed around the individual mover and what they need. This could be anything from perfecting technique to injury recovery to overall fitness. It totally depends on you and your goals!
